Method to make a traditional Scottish meaty burger loaded with onions.
1250g batch of burgers:
125g of seasoning
1kg of minced beef
125ml of cold water (This adds juiciness to the burgers)
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape to the desired size of the burger
This pack will make a total of 5kg of burgers, all you need to add is minced beef.
Cooking Suggestion BBQ, grill or pan-fry. Cook for 10-15 mins or until cooked through, turning occasionally to ensure evenly cooked
