Golden Dragon – Special Fried Rice Seasoning A delicious blend of traditional Chinese seasonings that give your fried rice that takeaway magic.
Cooking guide:
1) Cook 2 cups of rice and chill overnight.
2) Add 3 tablespoons of oil to a wok and heat on high until smoking.
3) Add the rice and stir frequently to brown the rice. Careful not to burn.
4) Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of the Fried Rice Seasoning and stir well. Add a small dash of dark soy if desired. Pre-cooked egg, peas and ham can also be added at this stage.
